At Corvus, your privacy is important to us. Corvus is a service provided by PulseIQ Labs, Inc. ('PulseIQ Labs,' 'Corvus,' 'we,' 'us,' or 'our'). This Privacy Policy outlines our practices when customers use our services or interact with our Corvus account Portal.
1. Who This Policy Applies To
This Privacy Policy applies to Corvus customers who login and interact with the Corvus account portal. For information about how we handle data from research participants, see our Respondent Privacy Policy
2. What Information We Collect
We collect information in the following ways:
a. From Our Customers
- Account Information: Name, email address, organization name, billing details.
- Usage Data: Log data, device info, IP address, feature usage.
- Uploaded Content: Any materials uploaded for research purposes, including stimuli, transcripts, or interview recordings.
- Panel Information: Any participant or panel data provided by Customers, such as names, emails, demographic attributes, or other identifiers used to recruit or segment participants for qualitative interviews via the Corvus portal.
b. From Research Participants (on behalf of our Customers)
- Identifiers: Name, email address, or other contact details.
- Demographic Information: Age, gender, location, or any screening responses you provide.
- Audio/Visual Data: Video or audio recordings of your interview sessions.
- Text Responses: Anything you type or submit through our platform.
- Device/Usage Information: Technical data such as browser type, IP address, or device activity logs.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Provide and improve our services.
- Analyze qualitative data and generate insights.
- Deliver research summaries and dashboards to our Customers.
- Maintain security and monitor platform performance.
- Fine-tune and enhance the performance of our AI models.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.
4. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your data.
We may share information with:
- Trusted service providers (e.g., hosting, transcription, translation, AI providers).
- Legal authorities, if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
- Analytics or AI providers, under strict confidentiality and processing agreements.
Some data may be processed outside your country, including in the United States. We ensure appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for international transfers.
5. Third-Party Subprocessors
To deliver our platform, Corvus works with a number of trusted third-party service providers that may process your personal data on our behalf. These providers are contractually required to protect your data and may only use it to deliver their services to Corvus.

- OpenAI – LLM summarization and analysis (Transcripts, text responses)
- Stripe - Billing and payment processing
- Clerk - Authentication and account management
- PostHog - Product analytics
- Google Gemini – LLM summarization and AI moderation (Transcripts, text responses)
- Deepgram – Speech-to-text transcription (Audio recordings)
- Supabase – Database and application data storage (Account information, Customer Content, session metadata)
- ElevenLabs – Text-to-speech AI moderator voice (Generated audio)
- Modal – AI model infrastructure and video processing (Audio, video, transcripts)
- Render – Backend processing (Session data)
- Vercel – Platform hosting and delivery (Usage and technical data)
We review our subprocessors periodically and will update this list when changes occur. If you have questions about a specific provider, contact us at privacy@meetcorvus.ai.
6. How We Retain Your Data
We retain data for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Customers may request deletion of data at any time.

8. International Users
Corvus operates globally, and we and our customers conduct research with respondents located in the United States, Mexico, India, and other countries. By using Corvus, you understand that information will be processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where Corvus and its service providers operate.
Regardless of where you or your respondents are located, Corvus applies consistent baseline protections, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and the rights described in Section 7. Where local laws provide additional rights, individuals may exercise those rights by contacting privacy@meetcorvus.ai.
Corvus does not currently market its services to, or solicit customers in, the European Economic Area or United Kingdom. Customers operating in or directing studies at respondents in these regions should contact us before doing so.
9. Security
We use industry-standard security measures, including encryption, access controls, and secure infrastructure, to protect your data. No system is 100% secure, but we are committed to minimizing risk.
10. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to enhance your experience, analyze traffic, and support core platform functionality. These technologies may collect technical data such as device identifiers, browser types, IP addresses, and user interactions.
